all quiet at the moment. rewriting some code, trading manually. twitter account disconnected till i can get the something going that broadcasts better. even my manual trading i'll close out everything at once. so, working on it....

and no travels either to report.

humblest apologies for going AWOL for a while, here's the reason:



does't help if i keep on chopping and changing systems i post. this one represents a bit of a leap forward by the looks of it. i'll just keep working the systems, but this one does deserve a live test in the near future.

fighting back hard the last few days. starting to look likely we'll end the month in profit or just below. no nfp trading any more. we got nuked last time. definitely be green before the next nfp.

bit of a shaky start to the year, but so it goes.

32.58% up since december 8th, another 1% since last report. but we have 6% open unrealized.





banked so far 0.2% for the month of jan. we restarted well and fast, which bodes well for future close outs. nfp this week, so depending how we go in i might close out again.

yeah, getting real good results despite thin markets, new code made a huge difference.



monthly gain looking good, but have about 5% unrealized. 21% in 19 days. yikes!!

at last. bit of green. today is going to be very volatile, due to interest rate announcements. so i'm hoping for a good run. we're up 2% now for july.

more pain. july is almost over. let's hope we get going by aug. hate to suffer through another week like this. draw down is still 15.27% so no lower balance losses, but that's 7 days down in a streak. markets is pretty abnormal though. we're not moving in waves anymore, but staccato's, short sharp almost random moves. we're not designed for that. i think there's a lot intervention in the markets. we just have to keep trading till we're through.

the pain continues. 6th day in a row we're losing. hardly banking anything. the problem being that the dollar is trying to crack the USD index at 78 and someone keeps on buying it away from that level. so we get whipped stupid. but we stick to our guns and we trade through. should end today or early next week i hope. what's also not helping is about 8 pairs of 25 has stopped banking becuase they have taken longer term positions, but they're not really running anymore either, just slowly creeping along. a decent move will bank those and get them going again. daily loss (sic) will be published later.

took a pounding on NFP, 'scuse the pun. we generally don't do well on the NFP, the last say ten has been a complete waste of time. one or two gyrations and then nothing happens. i guess after 25% in a week a draw down is to be expected. so let's see what next week brings.

taking profit

took profit on most of my positions and reversed a lot of them. i'll do some charts later. think i did about 10% yesterday.

end of may

system kicking into gear now. about 3% for the last 3 days, 2% realized, 1% unrealized, see what happens monday. i expect about 1% banked by end of day.
